Description of Service

OKIAIMX provides browser-based aim training, local progress, customization, and optional account features. Training scores are for practice and entertainment and do not guarantee performance in another game or competition.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Automate shots, manipulate scores, exploit SP systems, or submit falsified leaderboard results.

SP and Digital Items

SP, weapon skins, scores, and other in-game records are digital features of OKIAIMX. They have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred unless the service explicitly provides that option. We may correct balances affected by bugs, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property

The OKIAIMX software, brand, and original interface are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party game-inspired names and visual assets remain the property of their respective owners. OKIAIMX is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
